=>Now attached the drawbar to the rail. With the rail carriage to its closed-door position, drill the holes in the door by marking the drawbar mounting-screw holes on the garage door. Finally tighten the drawbar to the door along with the attaching hardware.

=>Finally plug the drive assembly line cord into its outlet.

=> Tighten if there`s any loose bolts or screws at the brackets that holds the track in the walls. If any minor damage to the tracks, Pound with a rubber mallet and a bloc of scrap wood. However replace it if damaged badly.

=> Make sure the tracks are position straight and at the same height of the garage walls.

=>Apply garage door lubricant spray or powdered graphite and silicone spray or household oil both in the tracks and rollers respectively after they`re properly cleaned and dried. For pulley, use the same lubricant as on the rollers.

=> Make sure the plates where the springs is mounted in the case of swing-up doors are tight. And also tighten the hinges if found loose in case of a roll-up doors type. Servicing the hinges helps one to avoiding sagging of one door. Replaced screw with long but same diameter if found screw-hole is enlarged. Don’t forget to use smoothen fibre plug with carpenters` glue with the new screw.

=> For adjustment of spring tension in case of swing-on doors, just move the spring hook to the appropriate next hole. In case of roll-up doors, pull the cable farther away from the door through the plate. However it is better to consult a professional because its great tension can cause injuries to you.
